🎯 Requirements

• Clinical degree (MD/DO/RN/NP/MPH) required.
• Experience in population health or value-based care.
• Understanding of health plan structures and incentives.
• Strong communication between clinical and business teams.
• Bias for impact in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with claims data and data-driven strategies.
