Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site IT support at client sites in West Auckland; first point of contact for IT issues.
• Face-to-face interactions and manage the ticket board; deliver customer service.
• Communicate with non-technical users; prioritize and troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Complete daily timesheets with strong attention to detail.
• Occasional local travel across sites; no company vehicle provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency
• Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
