• Fire protection engineering services including life safety code consulting and fire protection
• Fire alarm/mass notification design, performance-based engineering, smoke control design, and
• Develop plans, specifications, and inspection reports to ensure accuracy and professional standards.
• Coordinate design aspects, perform field investigations, and respond to design inquiries with
• Conduct analyses such as egress, fire detection/alarm system reviews, smoke control, and basic
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients; CAD document production may be involved.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering or higher with 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reports, presentations, and responses to
• Interest or passion for fire code safety and client service excellence.
• Local to Virginia Beach, VA or willingness to relocate; on-site role (not remote).
