Junior Project Manager - Construction

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
• Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Close-out steps: final punch-list, demobilization, manuals, AS-Builds

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
• Strong detail orientation and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
