📋 Description
- Design and oversee integration and data mgmt strategy for a government-wide Core HCM platform.
- Set architecture for interoperability with federal HR systems; favor direct data exchange.
- Provide technical judgment on migration, governance, and data retention.
- Advise leadership on integration risk at the program level.
- Set API design and documentation standards; oversee API access.
- Represent technical authority in governance forums and Steering Committee.
🎯 Requirements
- US Citizenship; active Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent exp); 12+ yrs exp, incl. 4 yrs consulting mgmt/tech.
- Deep gov-scale experience in enterprise integration and data strategy.
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility programs.
