🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years QA development experience with automated testing strategies
• 2+ years leadership/mentorship experience
• Strong JS/TS skills; comfortable writing tests
• Hands-on with Cypress, Playwright or similar
• Experience integrating tests into cloud-based CI/CD
• QA metrics mindset and bug-prevention focus
