📋 Description

• Work 1:1 in home and community with children and young adults diagnosed with autism.
• Follow established treatment/behavior support plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Establish supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid (FA) certification required.
