Regulated Messaging Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance written electronic communications transport services
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure supporting regulated messaging workflows.
• Develop Python-based automation, integrations, and operational tools to address gaps and improve
• Design, deploy, and oversee messaging retention and archiving to meet global compliance.
• Configure, administer, and test Proofpoint Enterprise Archive (retention/archiving).
• Implement and maintain compliance/retention governance for messaging and email platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering and architecture experience with Windows-based SMTP forwarding, email retention
• Hands-on experience with Windows IIS SMTP forwarding services, configuration, troubleshooting, and
• Practical experience with email retention, archiving, or electronic communications vaulting
• Experience administering or supporting Proofpoint Enterprise Archive; other Proofpoint products do
• Strong Python skills for automation, integrations, scripting, and improvements.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
