Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and lead platform engineering strategy across multi-environment cloud systems.
• Own infrastructure architecture end-to-end, drive DevSecOps and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and lead migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Own observability, reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Lead AI/ML platform infra including model serving, GPU workload orchestration, LLM gateway, vector
• Leverage AI-forward tools (Claude, Cursor) to ship higher-quality work quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional DevOps or platform engineering with leadership experience.
• Expert scripting/programming: Python, Go, Java, Bash.
• Deep cloud expertise across at least one major platform.
• Expert Kubernetes and container orchestration skills.
• Expert IaC skills across multiple tools.
• Strong CI/CD architecture experience at scale.
