📋 Description

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification and resolution.
• Communicates status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows OS; installs/loads OS software and optimizes reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Devops (Ansible), AWS (Terraform).
• Ten (10) years' experience as a System Administrator in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (5 years additional SA experience may substitute).
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required.
