Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children/young adults with Autism in-home, community, and BAYADA sites.
• Follow established treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver behavior therapy techniques under supervision.
• Document interventions and track progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data and contribute to program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred).
• Valid RBT certification (training academy available if not certified).
• CPR/FA certification.
