📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare, operations, customer service, clinical, admin, and
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates using structured, competency-based methods.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and
• Ensure timely, clear, and professional candidate communications throughout the process.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather timely feedback from hiring teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare-focused preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination
• Strong healthcare hiring knowledge: licensure, credentialing, compliance, background screening.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and multi-requisition management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidate-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with accurate ATS documentation (SmartRecruiters).
