📋 Description

• Collaborate with design teams to provide input on the manufacturability and assembly processes of
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for avionics systems
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions for
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality avionics components and review
• Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of avionics systems per engineering specs and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or avionics.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: California — $112,000 – $159,000 USD
