• Lead the Infrastructure team—one of three in Engineering Foundations—own cloud infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years as an Engineering Manager, leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• 5+ years as Software or Infrastructure Engineer; deep enough to lead design reviews and incident
• Experience managing interface between platform teams and product engineering, with self-serve
• Comfort handling a support queue, strategic roadmap, on-call rotation, and fast-moving dependencies.
• Familiarity with AWS-scale cloud infrastructure, observability tooling (Datadog or similar), and
• Experience owning a platform strategy and communicating measurable goals to senior leadership.
