Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end user experience for one product from strategy to shipped design.
• Make strategic design decisions grounded in product goals and customer needs; be the go-to for UX
• Bring fresh ideas to the digital safety insights space.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and senior engineers from strategy through implementation, shipping
• Partner with PMs to learn from real users and synthesize evidence into direction.
• Turn complex product challenges into intuitive experiences that matter to users.

🎯 Requirements

• You've designed and shipped live software products, including end-to-end ownership of at least one
• Strong judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity; owned design for a product area when there was no
• You understand the "why" behind the work and connect design decisions to customer needs and
• You create clarity from complexity; design experiences that help users understand what’s happening.
• You bring strong craft across interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• You communicate design decisions clearly and build alignment with PMs and engineers.
