📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery for real-time, high-scale product surfaces
• Architect and evolve backend services, APIs, and auth systems
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for quality and reliability
• Collaborate with PM and Design on roadmaps and trade-offs
• Contribute to DevEx and reliability across teams
• Participate in on-call and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with staff-level scope
• TypeScript/Node.js, API development (REST, WebSocket, gRPC)
• Strong SQL with PostgreSQL
• Auth/authorization in distributed systems (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
• Product mindset and effective communication
