Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site IT support at client sites in South Auckland
• First point of contact for IT issues
• Face-to-face interactions and ticket board management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Complete daily timesheets with attention to detail
• Some local travel across sites required

🎯 Requirements

• NZ Citizen or permanent residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
• Azure Active Directory knowledge
• FortiGate firewalls, network switching, wireless (Ruckus/Aruba/HP)
• Printers and copiers knowledge
