Structural Concrete Estimator - Part Time

📋 Description

• Review drawings and documentation to understand scope
• Prepare quantity take-offs for structural concrete, reinforcement, formwork
• Develop cost estimates and tender submissions for projects
• Identify gaps and raise RFIs as needed
• Research material, labour, equipment costs for estimates
• Apply quantities, rates, productivity, and allowances to estimates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in structural concrete estimating or similar role
• Strong ability to read structural/architectural drawings
• Experience with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions
• Understanding of reinforcement, concrete quantities, and costs
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools
• Ability to identify gaps in drawings and raise RFIs
