Accountant

📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting docs.
• Assist accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other close activities.
• Ensure close tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years accounting experience
• Strong understanding of month-end close
• Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
