📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering thinking
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback
• Contract role with 10–20 hrs/week, ASAP start
• Take-home evaluation and behavioral interview

🎯 Requirements

• Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent
• Strong background with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Able to evaluate code without full-line review
• Direct, opinionated feedback and high standards
