• Serve as the primary initial point of contact for new customers throughout the technical

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, software implementation, project management, IT
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), automotive CRM platforms, or related
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
