Fire Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead projects and provide technical leadership from inception to completion
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand challenges
• Participate in site visits, inspections and real-world challenges
• Develop practical, innovative fire engineering solutions meeting NZ Building Code
• Work across multiple projects and industries with a global network
• Contribute to mentoring and developing future engineers

🎯 Requirements

• New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or relevant engineering
• Experience in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety Compliance; Masters in Fire Engineering preferred
• Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code and fire safety standards
• Experience on fire engineering projects; ability to develop practical solutions
• Strong communication; ability to explain technical concepts to clients
