📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation engagements from kickoff to handover.
- Be the primary technical contact; troubleshoot issues and escalate feedback.
- Advise on architecture, configuration, and scaling for customers.
- Design and troubleshoot platform capabilities and integrations.
- Guide data modeling, ingestion pipelines, and architecture diagrams.
- Advise on ingestion automation and orchestration with tools like GitHub Actions and Argo.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Professional Services, Solutions Architecture
- Hands-on SaaS integration via APIs, webhooks, ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud platforms, observability, incident management.
- Comfort with JSON and YAML; Python/SQL or scripting a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving; translate findings to solutions.
- Ability to understand customer environments and turn them into implementation strategies.
