Formulary & Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Configure and test medication SKUs within the ordering platform, including products, strengths
• Translate clinical protocols and pharmacy product info into accurate platform configurations.
• Configure titration schedules and verify dose-level mappings to products, strengths, and quantities.
• Reconcile clinical requirements with inventory and perform unit/volume calculations when
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to clinical/pharmacy stakeholders.
• Coordinate builds with Clinical, Implementation, pharmacy partners, and other stakeholders before

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in configuration, operations, analysis, coordination, or similar roles with high accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume work.
• Strong communication to involve stakeholders when requirements are unclear.
• Problem-solving with a structured approach to information gathering and issue resolution.
• Ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
