Clinical Provisioning Coordinator

📋 Description

• Generate and publish monthly physician schedules using availability data and requirements to
• Maintain schedules in real time with changes to availability, shifts, trades, and times.
• Support development of facility-specific physician panels during implementation with
• Track coverage progress and summarize outstanding capacity by service line, group, or facility.
• Conduct physician outreach to address capacity gaps and coordinate solutions.
• Provide internal teams with visibility into current and future capacity for planning and demand

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in physician scheduling, workforce management, healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication with physicians and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in schedules, data, and reports.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a distributed organization.
