Senior Supply Chain Specialist

📋 Description

• Own pharmacy partner invoice management end-to-end across 20+ partners
• Translate demand projections into production and supply needs
• Support volume and capacity planning against partner capacity and budgets
• Contribute to procurement planning for ingredients and consumables
• Own and maintain supply chain dashboards and recurring reports
• Identify and implement scalable process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or analytics
• Experience translating forecasts into supply, production, purchasing, or fulfillment
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and modeling
• Experience managing recurring workflows including invoicing and spend auditing
• Experience in SLA-driven environments with accuracy and speed requirements
