Senior ITS/TSMO Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of ITS, TSMO, traffic eng, and planning programs
• Manage relationships with state DOTs, MPOs, cities, transit agencies
• Direct projects involving ATMS/ATDM, traffic signals, multimodal corridors
• Provide technical leadership for corridor/intersection capacity analysis
• Lead systems engineering docs: ConOps, requirements matrices
• Ensure deliverables meet FHWA, MUTCD, and design standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng, Engineering, or related field
• Typically 20+ years of relevant experience
• At least 15 years in traffic engineering, planning, ITS/TSMO
• Expertise in signal design, corridor/intersection capacity, traffic studies
• Hands-on with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, microsimulation, travel demand tools
• Strong ITS/TSMO knowledge incl ATMS/ATDM, signals, multimodal studies
