📋 Description
- Develop and execute communications strategies for provider revalidation and enrollment.
- Create, edit, and maintain provider-facing communications (emails, letters, FAQs, presentations).
- Translate healthcare and regulatory requirements into clear messages for providers.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns to boost provider awareness and timely revalidation.
- Manage initiatives from planning to execution, monitoring, and optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Healthcare
- 5+ years in strategic communications, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, including editing and content development.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Experience developing provider-facing communications across multiple channels.
