📋 Description

• Lead & mentor a team of 6–7 System Architects, driving technical excellence.
• Standardize governance with templates and quality bars for TSDs and RFCs.
• Drive platform strategy for cell-site software built on Kubernetes (EKSA/SUSE) in a cloud-native
• Spearhead AI-assisted development tools to accelerate productivity and automate RCA.
• Ensure architects participate in planning and define feature-level KPIs.
• Improve observability and debuggability across distributed deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience: 3+ years as an Architecture Team Lead or Technical Lead.
• Cloud-native expertise: Strong Kubernetes knowledge (EKSA or SUSE) and container orchestration.
• Systems knowledge: Linux kernel, memory management, I/O subsystems.
• Networking: L2–L7, SDN, and high-speed data planes.
• AI & productivity tools: Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance workflows.
• Architecture documentation: Ability to produce high-quality technical specs; SAFe/Agile experience.
