📋 Description

• Support customers to adopt and embed Link in daily processes (pharma/biotech).
• Develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Lead Technical Consultant on Link data integration with Veeva/Vault CRM.
• Drive change management, train end users, maximize Link engagement.
• Report on Link adoption and health checks; respond to customer queries.
• Demo latest Veeva Link solutions (Link Key People, Link Medical Insight, Link AI).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Medical/Commercial/Data Analytics or life sciences roles
• Proficient in Japanese and English
• Excellent customer-facing skills and relationship-building
• Ambition for high-quality, self-driven work
• Continuous improvement mindset
