📋 Description

• Lead hands-on research across ASR, MT, TTS, and speech-to-speech translation
• Develop large-scale ASR models for multilingual accuracy and low latency
• Improve end-to-end translation pipelines and real-time voice systems
• Design real-time TTS with natural prosody and fast inference
• Own model delivery from prototyping to production deployment
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliability at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in speech, audio, or multilingual ML
• Hands-on model training, experiments, and pipeline debugging
• Strong grasp of low-latency streaming constraints
• Experience shipping models to production and monitoring
• Lead complex research with product impact focus
• Strong coding in Python, PyTorch/JAX, audio libs
