Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health

📋 Description

• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining physical well being
• Provide treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a PT
• Work on a per-visit basis in senior living office in Londonderry, NH
• Serve adult and geriatric clients across Salem, Bedford, and Nashua NH

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in New Hampshire
• Graduated from a 2-year program approved by APTA
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam (pre-1977 initial qualification)
• At least one year’s work experience under a licensed Physical Therapist
• Other activities as requested
