📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale enterprise integrations across Five9’s business apps using Workato.
• Define and maintain integration standards, reusable patterns, and design guidelines.
• Standardize error handling, retry logic, dead letter queues, and logging.
• Optimize Workato recipes for performance and cost; minimize API usage.
• Build and support integrations across Five9’s ecosystem.
• Design secure authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, API keys) and manage secrets with

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on integration experience.
• Workato certification required (e.g., Automation Pro or higher).
• Strong REST API experience: HTTP methods, auth, pagination, rate limits, webhooks, JSON.
• Experience designing reusable, versioned APIs and integrations.
• Strong security practices knowledge: OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, SAML, secrets management
• Proficiency with JSON and XML, including mapping and transformation.
