Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI (Mexico City)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own core components of the AI agent platform and integrations.
• Develop capabilities layer: APIs, data access patterns, and service integrations for agents.
• Architect knowledge and memory infrastructure for cross-system data access.
• Implement trust and safety framework with audit trails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Contribute to evaluation/testing infrastructure for agent behaviors.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify automation opportunities and translate process knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents (orchestration, RAG, tool/function calling, etc.).
• Strong API design and system integration skills.
• Product-minded with ownership of complex projects in early-stage environments.
• Proven ability to design, build, and operate production-grade systems.
