Expert - Competence Center (Vadodara/Chennai)

📋 Description

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for new hires and associates across IV processes
• Support onboarding, facilitation of training sessions and learner guidance
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on training needs and schedules
• Maintain and update training materials and handle learner queries
• Track training progress and provide feedback on learner performance
• Contribute to improvement initiatives (e-learning, onboarding redesign)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IV operations / process knowledge preferred
• Experience in training delivery or knowledge sharing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for new joiners
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Proactive approach to improving content and training delivery
