📋 Description

• Lead warehouse activities to meet production schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse workers.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventory and driver audits.
• Interpret specs, assign duties, and adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Motivate workers and maintain time/production records.
• Inspect materials and optimize use of equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Leadership experience
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, twist for 8 hours
• Occasional overtime on weekends
• Not afraid to work hard and get dirty
• Basic computer/math skill
