- Lead engagements in finance ops, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide hands-on financial leadership; serve in interim roles when needed
- Help clients scale finance functions and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with client teams to implement practical, growth-driven solutions
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting/finance, CAAS, or consulting
- CPA or Master’s degree required
- Experience with growth-focused, middle-market or PE-backed firms
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow
- Proven project leadership, client mgmt, and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
