📋 Description

• Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Assist with treatment plans and collect session data
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors
• Communicate progress with supervising clinical team
• Flexible scheduling and after-school availability

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training (if not certified)
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
