Job Description
📋 Description
- Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Assist with treatment plans and collect session data
- Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors
- Communicate progress with supervising clinical team
- Flexible scheduling and after-school availability
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete RBT training (if not certified)
- Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
