- Define scalable technical motions and playbooks across the global organization.
- Mentor senior Solutions Engineers and shape product/engineering GTM strategies.
- Represent 1Password externally at conferences and industry events.
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, consulting, or technical leadership.
- Proven ability to influence Fortune 500 executive audiences.
- Deep expertise in identity, access management, cloud security, SaaS AI security.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling for business outcomes.
- Experience shaping enterprise architecture and strategic sales opportunities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
