FP&A Analyst - English speaker

📋 Description

• Run the monthly reporting cycle: push actuals into Pigment and produce Corporate Reporting pack.
• Own the forecast cycle behind ARR and EBITDA outlook.
• Manage the reporting calendar and keep the team to it.
• Reconcile P&L and SaaS KPIs; ensure numbers tie and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare and present KPI commentary for management and investor materials.
• Automate the reporting process; improve AI routines and data checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to three years in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, or business analytics.
• Detail-oriented with strong data rigor and root-cause analysis.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or quantitative field.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to structure analyses clearly.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Curiosity about AI tooling and willingness to improve processes.
