🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor or equivalent with relevant specialty
• 5+ years clinical trial experience in pharma or academia
• Ability to run complex clinical research programs independently
• Proven leadership on cross-functional global teams
• Strong knowledge of trial methodology and regulatory compliance
• Excellent English communication
