Job Description
📋 Description
- Design, build, and operate secure enterprise AI platform capabilities connecting AI models, agents
- Own major workstreams across enterprise AI infra, incl MCP gateway and context capabilities
- Build reliable backend services, APIs, integrations for AI-powered experiences
- Help develop scalable AI governance: identity, access, auditing, policy enforcement
- Design, build, test, evaluate agentic systems and workflows for task execution
- Take ownership of services, balancing speed, reliability, security, maintainability
🎯 Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; experience with backend systems
- Backend languages like Python, Go, or similar; design APIs and integrations
- Understanding of software architecture, services, APIs, enterprise tools
- Experience with identity/auth concepts: OAuth, SAML, SCIM
- Experience with cloud infra; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
- Comfort navigating ambiguity; independent, thoughtful technical tradeoffs
