Product Operations Engineer I

📋 Description

• Support the deployment, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-native apps on AWS, Google
• Develop and enhance automation tools, utilities, and infrastructure components using Python, Go
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and other automation frameworks.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development, build and deployment automation, and release processes.
• Monitor health, investigate alerts, and participate in incident response and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Customer Support to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related engineering field.
• 1-3 years in Product Operations, DevOps, Cloud Ops, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Programming/scripting with Python, Go, Java, or Shell.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery.
