🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership.
• Strong Insurance domain experience (quoting, underwriting, policy administration
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, API-first architectures, cloud-native apps, modern
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development, or integrating AI into enterprise apps.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, and SDLC.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
