- Work one‑on‑one with children in home/school/clinic
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and positive behavior
- Share progress with clinical team

🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
