IT Apprentice

📋 Description

• IT apprenticeship in Mountain View, CA, 10-15 hrs/week on-site
• Support IT operations, device lifecycle, imaging, and end-user support
• Own imaging workflows with MDM tools (Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE)
• Manage device inventory, imaging, and provisioning automation
• Configure standard software and OS settings on new devices

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently completed in IT, CS, Cybersecurity (Cabrillo College or similar)
• Committed to Cabrillo CIS Apprenticeship program for 12+ months
• Based in or able to commute to Mountain View, CA (10-20 hrs/week on-site)
• Basic hardware, OS (macOS/Windows), and common apps knowledge
• Familiarity with imaging/MDM (e.g., Jamf Pro) or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and documentation
