Deployment Strategist, Future Platforms | Housing

📋 Description

• Own engagement success end-to-end: primary driver of deployments from late-stage sales handoff to
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: translate goals into requirements, workflows, and rollout
• Run multi-threaded deployments with internal teams and client stakeholders; monitor cadence and
• Configure and launch: collaborate on product configuration, data migration, and adoption
• Support change management and inform product development with real-world usage

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or tech transformation
• Proven track record of taking deployments live and launching with impact
• Strong technical intuition with STEM background
• Autonomous, high-judgement decision making in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication; able to influence across stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month and work in-person 4–5 days/week
