🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in database engineering, architecture, or backend data systems
• 3+ years with Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production
• Cosmos DB concepts: partition keys, RU/s, indexing, TTL, multi-region
• MongoDB concepts: replica sets, sharding, indexing, pipelines, tuning
• Experience designing distributed data models for large-scale apps
• Profiling, performance benchmarking, monitoring dashboards
