- Lead multidisciplinary teams on inclusive, accessible service design projects.
- Deliver end-to-end, evidence-based service designs for diverse clients.
- Champion user-centred design (UCD) and collaborate with central/local government, NHS, and more.
- Support and develop the service design team, including appraisals and professional growth.
- Define how disciplines work together to deliver usable services.
- Assist in new business, spotting opportunities and contributing to pitches.
