📋 Description
- Independently drafts, reviews, negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts.
- Develops and negotiates tailored agreements to meet business needs.
- Ensures contracts comply with legal, regulatory and company policies.
- Delivers contracts trainings and provides risk advice to the business.
- Advises on deal structuring, risk allocation and disputes.
- Supports integration of acquired entities by updating templates and aligning templates to SGS
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of contracts experience, including cross-border/government contracts and RFPs
- NCMA membership
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, negotiation and legal reasoning skills
